Totoro mittens
I usually don’t post my knitted stuff here, but I thought I would share the Totoro mittens I made for my friend for Christmas. :3
The pattern, Norwegian Totoro Mittens, is by brella and is available on Ravelry.
Thank you!
Just wanted to put out a big past due thank you to everyone for all the kind comments and support and for trying out my amigurumi patterns! :D It makes me so happy to see everyone’s fox, kitty, and cupcake projects on Ravelry and elsewhere–I’m just tickled and incredibly honored. :D
So thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys rock.
Ravelry rocks!
Really. I don’t know why I didn’t sign up earlier. ^_^;; My user name is, unsurprisingly, Nimoe. Anyway, I would love to gush more about how awesome and handy Ravelry is, but alas I must pack for a trip. I hope to come back with a finished or nearly finished knitted scarf and less homework to do.
Still here…
I haven’t been crocheting lately due to this weird arm pain of still unknown origin. I started doing Pilates a couple months ago and after that both my arms and shoulders got really sore, especially the right one (and I am right-handed). The doctors have no idea what’s going on, as tends to be the case in my experience (I also have RSD , long story there), but they told me to avoid repetitive moments…so that’s what I’ve been doing. Doesn’t seem to be making much of a difference, so I figure it might be safe to start crocheting again. ^_^;;
Some people have asked about patterns for the Sailor Moon amigurumi and others that I made. Thank you for asking but unfortunately I don’t have a pattern for those. Sorry! ^^
Hello world!
Hello hello! I thought I’d make a blog for my amigurumi and maybe some other random stuff besides, so here goes. I’m new to this end of the whole blogging thing so bear with me please as I get oriented. Thanks. ^_^
